Refund Eligibility
Students may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- The refund request is sent via email.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
- More than 20% of the course has been completed.
- The request is made after 7 days.
- The course was purchased during special promotional offers marked as non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
